Our Story

Farm & Garden Online is an independent family run business established in 2022 as an online outlet for our two retail stores based in rural Northamptonshire, Thrapston Farm & Garden and Raunds Hardware & Pet Supplies.

Thrapston Farm & Garden was established in 1980, as a dairy farm repairs store whilst Raunds Hardware & Pet Supplies was established in 2004 to support a growing town. The businesses have grown from strength to strength and merged together in 2019 to enable both stores to develop with the local growing demand.

We focus on offering quality DIY products along with traditional customer service, specialising in Garden Supplies, Ironmongery, DIY & Decorating Equipment along with Household Fuels, Cleaning Products, Key Cutting, Pet Supplies & Air Rifle sales. We pride ourselves on offering a positive shopping experience along with friendly and knowledgeable team members providing a personal service to all of our customers.

Customer service has always been at the heart of everything we do, we aim to offer product collection in-store, local delivery on larger items and national delivery by courier service where possible.
